Stories can end in all kinds of ways. They can end happily or miserably. They can end with a sense of closure and resolution, or they can end in a more open way that gives your reader something to puzzle over. In this workshop with novelist Danielle Wood, who also writes as Minnie Darke and (with Heather Rose) as Angelica Banks, you will have the opportunity to think and talk about what kinds of story endings you enjoy, and why, and also to explore some creative methods for discovering unexpected ways to bring stories to their close. Please bring something to write with, something to write on, a willingness to take risks and an expectation of having fun.
