Leigh Rigozzi is an artist based in Hobart, Tasmania. He draws comics, makes objects, mentors artists, publishes zines, facilitates workshops and exhibits work in various galleries. Leigh has been drawing and self-publishing comics since the early 2000s and is known for his largely autobiographical approach to storytelling. 

In this workshop, you will learn the basics of graphic storytelling and comics language through a series of writing and drawing exercises. Whether based in a distant, fanciful locale or in your own backyard, learn how to create a story that connects with readers. By placing words and images together in sequence, you can create unique artworks not possible in any other medium.
